We stayed during Christmas and the view was lovely. There were some nice facilities nearby, like hiking trails and a lake for swimming. It was also nice to have the option to have a large feast for dinner.
Our experience was not great. the cottage was not comfortable, as it was not clean and there were some issues with the heating.

During my stay, I had an unforgettable experience close to nature. The location between the barren black Swartberg mountains offered stunning views. The serene lake near the hotel provided opportunities for swimming and having a great time. The staff was very hospitable and made sure every meal, especially breakfast, was delicious.
Can’t fault the hotel in any way.

We stayed in a lovely cottage nestled in a lush valley between the black Swartberg mountains and a natural lake. the comfortable rooms had stunning views of the mountains and the valley. the cottage was fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and entertainment. There were hiking trails and biking routes for the adventurous. the owners were warm and welcoming hosts, and the breakfast was delicious.
The location was somewhat remote and may not be suitable for those seeking a bustling city experience.

Beautiful scenery, cozy cottage, and friendly owners. The view from the cottage was stunning, with vineyards and rolling hills as far as the eye could see. The cottage was also very comfortable, with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. The owners were lovely and welcoming, offering us a tour of the property and giving us recommendations for activities in the area.
Terrible service, and overpriced meals. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the poor service we received.
